Welcome to ALORA Hair Extensions! We pack and send every single order with the utmost love and care from our facility straight to your door. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your gorgeous new hair.

Same-Day Dispatch Cutoff

We know you want your dream hair as fast as possible!

· Orders placed BEFORE 2:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday: Dispatched on the exact same day.

· Orders placed AFTER 2:00 PM (AEST) or over the weekend: Dispatched the very next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with Australia Post to ensure reliable, trackable delivery across Australia. Your delivery window depends on the method you select at checkout:

Shipping Method	Estimated Delivery Time	Notes
Express Post	1 to 3 Business Days	Next business day delivery applies if your address falls within the Australia Post next-day network (mostly major metro areas and capital cities).
Standard Parcel Post	2 to 7 Business Days	Please allow a few extra days if you are located in rural or remote regional areas.

Please note: Transit times are managed by Australia Post and are separate from our same-day warehouse dispatch cutoff.

Delivery Tracking

As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to Australia Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will contain your unique Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Liability & Mishaps

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packed securely, please note that once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, ALORA Hair Extensions is no longer liable for transit delays, lost packages, stolen items, or delivery mishaps.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number for the fastest resolution.
